National Day of Prayer

National Day of Prayer

May 7, 2020 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Starting at 6:00 PM, park your vehicles by Pizza Ranch, Super Saver, US 30 Center Mall, Word of Life Church, and 1C The Sanctuary, and then spread out to the sidewalks along the highways. We want to create a giant human cross along 33rd Ave and 23rd St (Hwys 81 and 30)!

Bring uplifting signs and posters to hold and flags to wave! (Nothing political, please.) You may want a chair also, and an umbrella in case of rain.

Please wear a face mask if you are out of your car, maintain at least 6 ft. social distancing, and do not gather in groups! You may choose to stay in your car if you wish (maybe even decorate it to spread the message of God’s hope and light!)

Tune your radio to KTLX 91.3 for worship music (6:00 PM) and prayers from local clergy (6:30)!

We will spend from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM in prayer together along the highway – spend some time asking God how He can use you to further His Kingdom during this time and each day!
